We are currently looking for a Quality Tools Developer – Req #14499 in Chicago, IL.

POSITION SUMMARY:  Develop, promote, and support automated quality analysis, metrics and reporting tools.

GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Develop and maintain software tool chain associated with creating database quality metrics.
• Solicit feedback from stakeholders, prioritize, estimate, and schedule development tasks.
• Create unit, system, and integration tests.
• Installation, performance tuning and deployment of Tomcat application server.
• Develop and maintain MS Access database tools (create forms and database objects which involves coding in Visual Basic and enabling xml generation).
• XML parsing to enable loading and writing queries.
• Use Java api for sending mails, exporting contents to Excel and pdf, uploading photos (.jpg) and word documents.
• Indexing, performance tuning and writing complex queries within Oracle 10g.
• Develop data collection field tools using ArcPad Application Builder for PDA based tool.
• Maintain, enhance and customize ArcView (GIS) Tools.
• Utilize Perl scripts to process and validate files to be loaded onto mobile devices.
• Automation of deployment using Ant scripts.
