Job Description

Woolpert, Inc., a leading design, engineering and geospatial firm, seeks an Airborne Sensor Technician (Survey Technician – Field) with experience in the field operations of the CZMIL/SHOALS Survey program for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and the Naval Oceanographic Office (NAVO) in a variety of U.S. and International locations. Candidate will be operating and troubleshooting CZMIL sensor. Download, process, edit and troubleshoot collected sensor data in the filed using Hydrofusion and ABE software. Set up and operate ground GPS base stations and flight planning.

Qualified candidates will have an AA/AS or two (2) years of related experience and be computer literate. Must have valid U.S. passport and be willing to travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations as necessary. Must be able to frequently lift and move more than 100 pounds. Extensive travel required, must be willing to work a typical 30 days travel/20 days off schedule. Candidates can be located anywhere in the United States.
