Job Description
Woolpert, Inc., a national, geospatial services industry leader, is seeking to hire Geospatial technicians with 2-5 years’ experience. The position requires a minimum 2-year degree in GIS, Geography, or other related field. Experience using the ArcGIS suite of products is required. The ability to work within a team environment and follow detailed instructions is a must. Knowledge of parcel mapping, CAMA systems, and property assessments is highly desired. Desired skills include experience and a working knowledge of data development, cleansing, analysis, quality control and assurance, and final product generation. The chosen candidates will have the chance to work for one of the top mapping companies in the U.S. while using the latest Geospatial/GIS technologies. These positions are full-time temporary until the end of August 2017 with the potential to convert to permanent after that time period if performance is exemplary and sufficient backlog exists.
