As we grow, we are seeking an experienced Junior Analyst / Implementation in one of the following locations: Columbus, OH, Richmond, VA, Chesapeake, VA, Miami, FL, Chicago, IL, or Greenville, SC.

The Junior Analyst / Implementation provide support for a complex, multi-phased / multi-year Cityworks AMS deployments. Our continued successes in the deployment of best in class asset sustainability and land management solutions for our technology savvy clients has resulted in multiple recent large contract awards and we are expanding our team to meet our clients’ growing asset management / permitting needs. Woolpert has developed the industry’s most thorough, scalable, and flexible enterprise systems implementation approach, aligned with international best practices for asset sustainability. This individual will utilize Geographic Information System techniques to provide a better understanding of variables relating to the asset management, land, license, and permitting fields for clients in public sector.

Responsibilities:

•Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure project objectives (scope, schedule, budget) are met in accordance with established metrics
•Complete assigned project tasks such as business analysis, system configuration, documentation, create configuration, implementation and training guides
•Work with project management team to identify impediments and develop / implement solutions to overcome obstacles
•Participate in team and milestone meetings
•Document specifications and mapping requirements for reports, data conversions, and system interfaces
•Create custom reports, dashboards and author technical documentation to support system configuration, user training, and standard operating procedures

Requirements:

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, GIS or similar field
•2+ years of progressive experience in consulting and implementation of business solutions including one or more of the following: Cityworks AMS/PLL, Accela Automation, Infor EAM / Public Sector, Maximo, EnerGov, or Computronix, with a strong background in Esri geographic information systems
•Exposure to enterprise relational database management systems, including Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle is highly preferred
•Experience building custom reports using Crystal Reports
•Must work onsite in the nearest Woolpert office.
•Must be able to travel 60% to client sites
•Understand ISO 55000 standards.
•Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
•Ability to provide excellent customer service
•Strong technical proficiency required, including Microsoft Office products
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a dynamic environment
•Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment; offer constructive feedback and direction to support goals
•Quickly adapt and respond to industry changes as well as internal initiatives
