As we grow, we are seeking an experienced Lead Cityworks Implementation Analyst in Englewood, CO.

The Lead Cityworks Implementation Analyst will lead client-facing engagements to gather business requirements, facilitate process improvement workshops, deliver system training, author technical documentation to include system configuration documents, system specifications, training manuals and use application tools to configure workflows, cases, work orders, service requests, and inspections. This individual will utilize Geographic Information System techniques to provide a better understanding of variables relating to the asset management, land, license, and permitting fields for clients in public sector.

Responsibilities:
•Collaborate with cross-functional team members including but not limited to: project managers, phase managers, developers, systems analysts to ensure project objectives (scope, schedule, budget) are met in accordance with established metrics
•Advise, guide, and mentor junior team members
•Execute project tasks such as business analysis, system configuration, documentation, implementation and training
•Work with project management team to identify impediments and develop / implement solutions to overcome obstacles
•Compile meeting minutes and documentation
•Participate in discovery and development of architecture solutions
•Define, design, and implement scripts and workflow to extend core system functionality
•Conduct client-facing workshops throughout the lifecycle of the project including go-live support
•Ensure documentation aligns with specifications and mapping requirements for reports, data conversions, and system interfaces
•Oversee creation of custom reports, dashboards and author technical documentation to support system configuration, user training, and standard operating procedures

Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, GIS or similar field
•5+ years of progressive experience in consulting and implementation of Cityworks required
•Experience with Infor EAM / Public Sector, Maximo, EnerGov, or Computronix is strongly preferred
•Exposure to enterprise relational database management systems, including Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle is highly preferred
•Experience building custom reports using Crystal Reports or SSRS
•Must be able to travel 60% to client sites
•Strong understanding of ISO 55000 standards
•Institute of Asset Management Certification is a plus
•Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
•Ability to provide excellent customer service
•Strong technical proficiency required, including Microsoft Office products
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a dynamic environment
•Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment; offer constructive feedback and direction to support goals
•Quickly adapt and respond to industry changes as well as internal initiatives
