As we grow, we are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst in Clearwater, FL.

The OCM Analyst will interact closely with cross-functional internal and client stakeholders. This role is responsible for leading, developing and executing change management initiatives, organizing and conducting change management training, and monitoring and evaluating change adoption and effectiveness. Our OCM Analyst is an integral part of our team that focuses on enhancing the client asset sustainability position through the delivery of ISO 55000-compliant Enterprise Asset Management System solutions for municipal and agencies and utilities across the water, wastewater, stormwater, aviation and transportation sectors.

Responsibilities:

•Acclimatize quickly with client business challenges and technologies to understand the environment for change and act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders while leading change initiatives
•Build networks of change champions and agents within client organizations
•Ensure OCM activities are aligned with overall project timelines and key milestones, and are integrated with other work streams as required
•Advise clients on best practices and market trends in OCM activities
•Develop training plans, materials and oversee their execution with solution implementation team members
•Develop and monitor execution of OCM communication plans
•Conduct change impact and readiness assessments
•Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of change tactics
•Define activities to support change and transition initiatives
•Identify and resolve business analysis challenges with limited assistance
•Adjust quickly to shifting priorities and rapid change
•Anticipate and address client needs while building and expanding client relationships
•Translate complex technical subject matter into user-friendly communications

Requirements:

•Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
•5+ years of strong Change Management experience, including people management and leading cross-functional organizations in a complex, technical environment
•Working knowledge (preferred) and/or strong understanding in Change Management Framework and methodologies – ADKAR, Kotter, McKinsey, Lewin’s Model, etc.
•Experienced with Agile development and deployment for IT projects that include at least one of the following software systems: Cityworks, Infor Public Sector, Infor EAM, Maximo, or Oracle WAM, or SAP
•Understanding of and experience within Asset Management / Permitting Systems field
•Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
•Customer-centric work ethic
•Proficient in Productivity tools including Microsoft Office products
•Ability to work with Marketing and Communications professionals in tailoring content and delivery methodology for communications/training/education related to Change Management
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a dynamic environment
•Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment; offer constructive feedback and direction to support goals
•Quickly adapt and respond to industry changes as well as internal initiatives
