Our client is a global leader within the online entertainment industry. With a loyal customer base enticed by the company’s superior products, you will be charged with managing and motivating the regional territory teams to deliver the profit contribution target each year and build the capability to achieve financial goals. You will also provide significant input into the company’s overall marketing and sales strategy for the market.

You will ensure that the business strategies and tactics that will maximize the profitability and effectiveness across all appropriate routes to market and product groups are created and delivered in each market –and ensure that each territory has a rolling sales and marketing plan, to deliver quarterly financial and non-financial goals, including retention and acquisition targets, VIP and customer management processes, as well as ensuring aligned planning with central Marketing services.

You will also monitor and communicate and aspects of change in the legal and regulatory environment in each territory and produce/deliver plans to maximize the benefits or minimize the risks of such changes.

The successful candidate will be highly commercial, with significant experience within marketing and sales, during which you will have gained significant international exposure, working with people from various cultures and backgrounds. Gaming industry experience is not essential, but similar, fast-moving industry experience will be highly advantageous. Excellent salary and benefits. Start asap.
