Woolpert, Inc., a national, geospatial services industry leader, is seeking to hire a Geospatial LiDAR technician with 10-15 years’ experience. The chosen candidate will have the chance to work for one of the top mapping companies in the U.S. while using the latest Geospatial/GIS technologies. The position requires a minimum 2-year degree in Engineering, GIS, Geography, or other related field. Previous knowledge of all phases of LiDAR production is highly desired. Experience using Microstation, AutoCAD, ArcGIS, and Terrascan is preferred. Desired skills include experience with and a working knowledge of LiDAR calibration, cleaning, classification, and final product generation.
